Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms apply whenever you use DonutHit. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. What DonutHit is
DonutHit is a casino-style game site themed on the DonutSMP Minecraft server. You can play the originals (Mines, Blackjack, Coin Flip, Crash, Roll, Slide and Keno), open cases, join case battles, upgrade your balance into items and collect rewards.
2. Your balance
Your balance, bets, winnings, items, rain, rakeback and free cases are counted in DonutSMP money. You log in with your DonutSMP account, and there is no balance without one. The Wallet takes deposits in DonutSMP money: pay our bot in-game from the account you log in with, and the amount goes on your balance, 1 for 1. Withdrawals are paid by the bot in-game, only to your own DonutSMP name. Crypto deposits aren't open yet.
Money that comes in from outside the games has to be wagered once (1x) before it can be withdrawn: deposits, tips from other players, rain winnings and claimed referral earnings. Every bet on any game counts toward it, win or lose, and the Wallet shows how much is left. Winnings, rakeback, free cases and gifts from DonutHit add nothing to it.
3. Who can play
You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live if that is higher. Casino-style games aren't meant for children.
4. Playing fair
Don't use bots, scripts or bugs to change your balance or the result of a game. Games, odds, prices and rewards can change, and balances or progress can be reset, at any time.
5. Games of chance
Every game is a game of chance. Each one shows its odds or payouts, and on average the house keeps an edge. Past results don't change future ones. Item values follow recent DonutSMP auction prices and move with the market.
6. Refer a friend
Every account has a referral link and code on the Refer a Friend page. When a player joins with your code, you earn 10% of the house edge on every bet they make, for as long as they play, and you can claim it to your balance any time. A player can add a code once, within 7 days of making their account, and never their own. Earnings made through your own extra accounts or other abuse can be removed.
7. Not affiliated
DonutHit is an independent fan project. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft and all related names, skins and assets are trademarks of Mojang Synergies AB. Item prices come from public auction data on donutstats.net.
8. No guarantees
DonutHit is provided as it is, without any warranty. It may be unavailable, change or stop at any time. DonutHit isn't responsible for any lost balance, progress or data.
9. Your data
How your data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms can be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version, and playing after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 September 2026
This policy explains what DonutHit keeps about you, where it's kept and who can see it. Your account, balance and history are stored on the DonutHit server, so they follow you to any browser you log in from.
1. Your account
Your account is your DonutSMP name. It's made the first time you pay our in-game bot, which is also how you log in: the site gives you a small amount to pay from that name. DonutHit keeps your DonutSMP name, when your account was made and when you last logged in, plus a record of each login attempt with the name entered, the amount and the time. DonutHit never asks for a password, an email address or your real name.
2. Your money and play
The server keeps your balance and a record of everything that changes it, each with its time: deposits, withdrawals, bets and wins with the game, refunds, tips with the other player's name, rain, rakeback, free cases, referral earnings, and gifts or corrections from DonutHit staff. It also keeps how much you've wagered in total and per hour, your rakeback and reward timers, your Mines, Blackjack and Crash rounds, your seats in case battles and the days you joined the rain.
Each payment our in-game bot receives is saved with the payer's DonutSMP name, the amount, the time and the payment message DonutSMP showed. Each withdrawal is saved with the DonutSMP name it's paid to, the amount and how it went. The payments themselves happen on DonutSMP, where its own rules apply.
For referrals, the server keeps your referral code, who referred you and when, what you've earned and claimed, and how much each player you referred has wagered and earned you.
3. Your profile
Your settings are saved with your account: anonymous mode (on unless you turn it off), private stats and your picture. A picture you upload is stored on the server as a small PNG until you switch back to your Minecraft head, which deletes it. Your Minecraft head comes from mc-heads.net: the server fetches it by your DonutSMP name and keeps a copy, refreshed every day.
4. What other players see
Other players see your name masked: the first two letters of your DonutSMP name followed by stars, next to your picture and level. That's how your bets and wins appear in Live bets, Crash, case battles, the rain and the chat, with anonymous mode on or off. They can't see your balance or your wallet history. Your Minecraft head can still show who you are, so upload a picture if you'd rather it didn't.
A few things go further. With anonymous mode off, anyone who knows your DonutSMP name can send you a tip; with it on, nobody can find you by name. A player you tip sees your full DonutSMP name in their history. If you joined with someone's referral code, they see your masked name, picture and level, when you used their code, whether you've played in the last 7 days, what they've earned from your bets and, unless your stats are private, how much you've wagered since. You see their masked name, picture and level.
5. The chat
Chat messages are sent to the DonutHit server and shown to everyone on the site under your masked name, picture and level. Links are replaced with [link]. The server keeps only the latest messages, in memory, and they're gone when it restarts. The room also has DonutHit's house bots, which are marked BOT and may reply to what you write.
6. Linking Discord
Linking a Discord account is optional. If you link one, DonutHit saves its Discord ID, display name and avatar link with your account, and when you linked it. The DonutHit Discord bot then gives you a rank role based on your level and total wagered, and anyone in the DonutHit Discord server can look up your DonutHit card: your masked name, level, rank and when you linked, plus your total wagered and best win unless your stats are private. Unlinking, on the site or in Discord, removes the link and the rank role. Discord's own privacy policy applies on Discord.
7. Cookies and your browser
DonutHit sets two cookies. Both are sent only to DonutHit, and scripts on the page can't read them: dh_session keeps you logged in until you log out, for up to 30 days, and dh_login lasts 10 minutes while a login waits for your payment. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your browser's storage keeps some things on your own device only: settings such as sound, volume and motion, whether the chat and sidebar are open, your case battle setup, a referral code from a link you opened until it's used, recent results and stats for your profile card, a copy of your name, picture and linked Discord name for showing your profile, and the one-time code while you link Discord. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
8. Other services
A few parts of the page load from other services, which receive your IP address and basic browser details when they do:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), for the DM Sans font.
- mc-heads.net, for the Minecraft player heads.
Their own privacy policies apply. Item prices are collected by the DonutHit server from donutstats.net, which involves none of your data.
9. Server logs
The DonutHit server and the web proxy in front of it log errors and failed requests, which can include your IP address, the time and the address asked for. The in-game bot logs the payments and withdrawals it handles, with the DonutSMP name and amount. Rate limits count requests per IP address and per account in memory only, and those counts aren't saved.
10. Staff, and how long data is kept
DonutHit staff can look up accounts, balances, totals and withdrawals to pay out, help players and stop abuse. DonutHit doesn't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Accounts and their records aren't deleted automatically: they're kept while DonutHit runs, unless you ask for them to be removed.
11. Deleting your data
There's no self-service delete. You can remove some things yourself: switch back to your Minecraft head to delete an uploaded picture, unlink Discord, log out to end your session, and clear this site's data in your browser. To have your account and its records removed, or to ask what DonutHit holds about you, open a ticket on our Discord, linked under Contact. Withdraw any balance you want to keep first.
12. Children
DonutHit isn't meant for anyone under 18.
13. Changes and contact
This policy can be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? See Contact.
Responsible play
Games of chance can become a habit. Keep it fun:
- Decide how long you'll play before you start, and take regular breaks.
- Don't chase losses. A bad run doesn't mean a win is due: every round is random.
- Gambling isn't a way to make money. On average the house always keeps its edge.
- Never spend real money trying to repeat something you did here.
- If you're under 18, casino games aren't for you, with real money or without.
When it stops being fun
Warning signs include playing longer than you meant to, hiding how much you play, thinking about it all the time, or feeling restless when you stop. If that sounds familiar, take a break and talk to someone you trust. Free, confidential help:
Fairness
Every result on DonutHit is drawn on the DonutHit server with a cryptographically secure random number generator. Nothing in your browser can change a result: the page only shows what the server decided.
How results are drawn
- The originals are drawn on the server when you bet. The Mines board is set when you start, each Blackjack card is drawn as it's dealt, and each Crash point is drawn before betting opens. None of it leaves the server until it's revealed.
- Cases are drawn when you open them. Every item shows its odds on the case page.
- Case battles have all their rounds drawn when the battle is made, and the results stay hidden until every seat is filled, so nobody can pick the winning seat.
- The Upgrader draws when you upgrade, at the chance it shows you first.
What you get back
- The originals return 99% of what is bet, on average.
- Cases return 95% of their price on average, and the Upgrader 95% of your bet.
- Case battles return about 83% on average, after the battle fee.
Checking results
Results aren't seed-based, so you can't verify a round yourself afterwards. Your latest bets and payouts are listed in your Wallet history.
How to play
Log in with your DonutSMP account, then add money in the Wallet by paying our bot in-game: the amount goes on your balance, 1 for 1, and so does the small payment you log in with. Pick a game, set your bet and play. Every game also has its rules one click away, under Rules on its own page.
